Mission: To build hard working, resilient leaders that demonstrate success both in sports and in life.

The Four Pillars of the Strength and Conditioning Program provide the foundation and framework for our students to fulfill the Mission of the program.

Four Pillars of Our Program

List of 4 items.

  • Success

Describes what success is on the field, court, track, classroom, etc., and in life. Also, it explains what success looks like. If we believe in and complete the first 3 pillars we will achieve success and be successful individuals both now and in the future.

“Success is peace of mind which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you did your best to become the best you are capable of becoming.”
  • Work

Describes our work ethic, which is a grab your lunch pail and GO TO WORK mindset. Nobody works harder than we do. Sets tone for practice, training, classroom, preparation, etc.
  • Overcome

Describes how we are resilient individuals. We have a positive attitude and have the mindset of what we GET to do and not what we have to do. We know how to face adversity in sports and in life and overcome it.
  • Lead

Describes leadership (all levels of leadership and what it looks like). Encompasses all aspects of respect and trust. Embodies pride in ourselves, teammates/coaches, and school. Makes us accountable, reliable, and responsible people.
