Recruitment Visit Poems

When the STM Recruitment team goes to visit a grade school, we have a lot of fun.  One of the best parts is the poem contest.  Students are asked to get into small groups and write poems about Saint Thomas More High School.  Here are a few of the best!

The classes are lots of fun.
We wear Cavalier blue.
On the fields, we know what to do.
Jessica and Alyssa (St. Robert’s Ambassadors) are really cool.

Saint Thomas More is really cool.
It is the greatest school.
Algebra, English, and Spanish, too...
The teachers will be with you all the way through.
Volleyball, soccer, football, and baseball...
All the teams stand proud and tall.
The community feels like a family.
You'll go through this happily.

Saint Thomas More is a good school,
and has kids that are really cool.
If you don't go to STM, you are a fool.
I really want to swim in the pool.
Their staff is really neat.
They have programs that cannot be beat.
They have really cool people to meet.
Their students and teachers would be nice to greet.
STM has it all.
All you have to do is call.
You'll have a ball.
We'll be waiting for you in the fall.
